#24. Afternoon Power Naps

 

 

If your belly is happy and full, if your body feels heavy, if you can’t concentrate very well, and you feel your eyelids closing against your will, it’s probably time for a nap. I know that jobs don’t leave much room for napping, but if your duties allow a little rest, by all means, go for it. My nap today was a little longer than it should have been–I admit–but oh so totally worth it.
